Here's what behind my Bloodsports #13 entry:
And here's a "speedpainting" that took longer than expected. Trying to add more colors while also leaving the brushstrokes.. kinda hard to do. I'm more and more convinced that I have to stray away from the hiper realistic style that I wanted all my life. As I watch those kind of paintings, sometimes, it gives me a strange feeling.. don't know it yet.

Hello! :)
It's been a long month, but now it's almost over. My vacations are near, and I'm going to the beach. Altough I'll be without my tablet, I intend to draw a lot on pencils.
This is my production this month :( I got focused on my last classes (Concept Art for Games and Movies, and Caligraphy). Next semester will be a good one. :)
For our final assignment, we had to create a game. Mine is about pirates, focused primarly on Ultima Online Treasure Hunters. I wish I had more time to render the concepts, but I liked the final marketing art (:

Hey!
Okay, I got back into painting. Altough I should be painting and sketching way more, at least I'm doing it more often.
Here's some paintings I've been doing, mostly for Dan Warren mentoring program. Now it's finished, and I'll focus on my college assignment of game design.
I learned a lot about character design while doing these.

This is the final product. However, I didn't do the Merlin that I was supposed to...

Omg, it's been so long.
I don't know what happened to me in the past 2 months.
Since November I didn't really sat my butt in the chair and actually tried to do something good. All the activities from College I did was really really lame. Again, I don't know what happened.
The things is, I'm back into business. Here's the "worth showing" stuff since November, and a sketch I did today (and planning on doing one post-worth a day).
Yep. Only TREE paintings worth posting since NOVEMBER. I must slap myself for this.
Now back on track.

After some weeks of my new schedule, I decided to follow some of the mentoring classes my fellow Crimson Daggers members were doing. I won't post everything on the forum, but I'll do the mentoring from Sickbrush, Dan Warren, Isra, Brent and Shyam Shriram. The one from Sam Carr is good also, but dunno if I'll have time. I'm already out of time. Again, I'm not pretending to follow the classes, I'll do it at my own time.
I already did some from Isra and Sickbrush, about perspective. Now I focused on Shyam's. (all the master studies above are for his mentorship)

Lots of things happening. :) Here's my latest works:
This one is a study after a photo from a girl in Suicide Girls:
This one I did on the Cintiq from College. Goooosh, I need to have one of those someday :)
This one is my submission for the Assassin's Creed challenge held by #brazil on dA. The results will come up october 20th.
This are a series of 5 paintings I did for my Illustration class. The first one I won't post here because I didnt liked it. My goal was to make a more loosey feel, however I failed as you can see and started adding too much detail. Need to work on that. The five illustrations were about Bernard Cornwell Saxon Stories.
And here are some of the sketches I did prior to the last piece (I didnt saved the other ones :c)
That's it for today folks! Hope to post more things soon.
